Blemish Treatment, Removal and Process
Using an advanced electrolysis method also known as diathermy or electro-cautery, the treatments at Monarch Aesthetics and Skin Care involve using a pen-like device with a very fine, accurate probe. This device emits short wave diathermy cauterising the blemish which is then either fully removed on the day of treatment or will disperse naturally over a short period.
Varied techniques are used depending on the blemish being treated. See our blemish descriptions page for more details. Patients may experience mild discomfort and healing time varies but is usually within a minimum of 10 days of which there will be aftercare advice you will need to adhere to in this time frame. All aftercare products required are provided to you and included in the treatment cost.
You will be booked in for a post treatment review/ check up to ensure the area has healed nicely and you are happy, if further treatment is required this will be done so then if possible.

Booking a consultation prior to any treatment is required to ensure you are medically safe to proceed and that treatment is suitable for you.
Please be aware deposits are required upon booking and a £25 cancellation fee is in place if 48 hours notice is not received for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
